Conway Fitness Kickboxing is a cardio based fitness studio with classes that will help you build stamina, tone up, improve flexibility and burn up to 1000 calories in a single class. You’re moving your body the entire class while engaging your stability muscles and activating your core. This results in a total body toning workout that will actually be fun!

We have lots of beginners in all different phases of their fitness journey, punching, kicking and crunching towards their fitness goals. At Conway Fitness Kickboxing our model is Punch for Progress, not perfection. Come join a supportive team and enjoy a fun workout!

    Absolutely! We love beginners! Our CFK coaches will have your back throughout your membership starting with one on one assistance in your first couple of classes!
